What do the congress members do other than vote on the proposed bills? It can't be all 2 clicking right? (And yes I know they have an IRC but I can't stay on it all day trying to catch the guys for a chat session.)

Gnaeus would be the best person to ask, though I have not heard from him in a bit (you lurking out there Gnaeus?). He took the politics class from NAU and has also been a congressman twice. It mostly seems like the only power in game you get is to propose and vote on bills. However, if you want to be a respected congressman and not get sniped when rerunning for Congress, you have to follow the rules that are posted in the eUS forums for bill proposals and so on. They also have debates through the forums all the time. Basically, it's a lot of talking through the forums and irc, though I get the impression more discussion occurs on the forums.
