It sucks but the only way to increase the payoff from training is to use the training programs that cost gold. There are plenty of people who do this and plenty of people that do not. I do not.

I spent some gold on the training one day and only got a small increase. Don't think it's worth it unless you have a buttload of gold to spend. Lana is a prostitute. Don't tell her I said that, she scares me.

If you wish to increase your fighting ability, most "studies" I have seen on the eUS forums seem to indicate that until you are a field marshal, your money is best spent on Q1 guns. Once you hit the field marshal threshold, paying for lana will yield better results than putting money into guns. This assumes you only have enough money to choose one or the other, if even enough money for just one option.

Very sad. This game is starting to get boring. Chat has been down forever and I no longer believe there is a way to run a company in this game. Those were the two reasons I had to play this game and now I find myself failing at eRep.
